The estimate for the project was well under the final price due to many items on the deck that needed to be replaced but could not be seen until removed. The work crew varied from two men to as many as five on any given day and they were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in their approach to the project. The owner kept in constant communications with us regarding delays or days in which work could not be accomplished due to weather conditions or other issues.
