"Jon has come out three times: first in the pouring rain on a Saturday to pump out our tank which was overflowing, he walked us through the process to contact the county about getting a repair permit for our system just in case, then he came out to perform the Terralift process on our drain field which is when he discovered that we have a pump tank as part of our system, which no one was aware of (it was completely buried and there was no sign it existed), then he came out to replace the pump, repair the pipes and fittings, install the control panel and establish access to the pump tank for future pump maintenance.

He has arrived early in the morning, worked steadily until the job was complete, had all the parts and equipment he needed, and assured the area was cleaned up before leaving.
