Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "Pretty much a disappointing transaction, especially with customer service. They were happy to sell me a $4K Kitchen Aid downdraft stove and promised they could install it. Told me it would be here in 3 weeks. It took the better part of 3 months to arrive. Then I got a call on a Friday telling me the stove would be delivered the following Tuesday. At that time, I asked (Just to be sure) the sales rep to confirm that I had paid for delivery, pickup and disposal of the old stove, and installation. I was assured that I had. When the delivery guys arrived, they did not have the tools needed to install. Now a supervisor tells me that they no longer install downdraft stoves. Worst of all, no one at Sunrise will take any responsibility for the misinformation, nor have they made any effort (at least at the time of this writing) to make sure I am satisfied. I hate Lowe's and other big box stores as much as anyone else. I have dealt with them and had problems. But nothing of this magnitude. Caveat emptor."
