They did come back out to touch up the house but said that the deck was not included in the warranty. Now we are going to find someone to do it again because of the poor quality of their materials."

"Excel Pros did a great job cleaning my trim and removing the black stains from my roof. However, I was not so lucky on an estimate for some rotten wood/paint repairs that I needed too. It came in late and lump sum?no breakdown of work or charges. It included work that I had not agreed on (new gutters). When I asked Ryan to re-calculate and itemize everything (without gutters), assuming he was still interested, he said he'd work on it and get back to me. The end result was a text from Ryan a few days later that
said they were booked for the next 8-10 weeks but he'd be happy to help me if I needed it. Huh? No itemized estimate (still) and now a couple months out when he was preparing to do the work in a week or two before? That apparently was his way of no bidding the work after all.
 In all honesty, Ryan and his team were very personable and hard working. They did do a great job on my trim and roof?you
couldn't ask for better results. But the carpentry and paint part of his business leaves a lot to be desired. That is in its estimating, as I have no experience with his actual work.

"The Perez company did exceptional work trimming our trees, they were very thorough and careful and did exactly what we requested. Mr. Perez is a hard worker and shaped our trees perfectly. Both he and Mrs. Perez made certain that the final outcome looked great. They removed all the cuttings and left the job site looking perfect. We will always call them for future tree projects. Additionally, we hired them to do a painting project, which they were well qualified to do. We were equally impressed with their painting skills. You can count on them to do the very best work, our painting project came out excellent, we will definitely hire them for other painting projects as well. Their work quality, fair pricing, dependability, and reliability are superb!"

"They repaired a broken piece on the pergola, stained the pergola, gazebo, deck and benches.  A separate team removed the popcorn ceiling in the very large master bedroom and painted the walls and trim.  They were very efficient and did a beautiful job.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I was especially impressed with Albert, the owner.
