"I hired Benn to put in some terracing along the back of our cabin where there is a steep slope and we had been dealing with erosion. He spent two days on the project and now we have a great 4-foot wide gravel walkway that has also taken care of our erosion issues. All communication was done in a timely way and they worked to keep the scheduled dates (even with some weather issues leading up to them) because it is a rental property and we had blocked off those days well in advance. Very happy overall!"

"I was satisfied with the work done on my house. Craftsmanship was spot on. The project manager on the other hand. Was not up to par. On 2 separate occasions asked me for payment before the job was completed. The clean up was terrible. They left plastic from pallet of siding in my front yard. There were nail and wood from the removal of my old siding. Something with my back porch. Found nails wood and razor blades. They came a second time to clean around my house. It was a little better. Oh, I almost forgot. They smoked cigarettes. I have cigarettes buts everywhere, especially in my front yard where they parked their vehicle's. Wish I had a better experience Home Genius. Started great, but fell off a cliff near the end."

They took extra pains to protect the fascia board with flashing when necessary and to get the right grade on the gutters. The y even painted every place that they had had to install fittings. I was given a month before payment was due. but we have had rainstorm after rainstorm and I do not see a leak anywhere. It sounds like a river passing overhead, but not one drop falls off the roof. They were also very respectful and polite and even cleaned up everything so you couldn't see where they had been. Furthermore, I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this business!"
