Not like some franchised services that give a quick course to a minimum-wage person, whoâ because their truck only has ate steamer system wants to drain the filthy water down your bathtub. (This happened to a friend.) They have their own clean and dirty water tanks on their trucksâ ¦. I didnâ t look for other quotes, so donâ t know how their prices compete. I did ask that a few rooms not get the Biological formulaâ which is $65 more room. But they all got it anyway. So the bill was higher. But I did NOT complain because I figured these particular carpets likely needed it. ( I think they would have had to totally â rebootâ the system to only do some of the rooms with this formula .) Tom, our service guy, was great! Hard working, efficient, and super polite."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I had never had someone come into my home and clean before so I had quite a few concerns, such as me having two large dogs and trying to get someone to work around my scheduling. Also I was worried I would be looked down upon. All my concerns where reassured and put to ease. She was very understanding of me having two large dogs, and that didn't bother her, she was also very accommodating to my schedule as I'm a busy mom and she reassured me that no matter what condition my house was in she would show great respect and professionalism to me and my home. She truly did an amazing job. When she came into my home I could just tell there was no judgment. She started right away she dusted she moved furniture and even vacuumed dusted under there she just seemed to go with the flow of what was going on in the house as I have a toddler that's something that's hard to do. She worked from one room and she worked from the next just kind of moving around us and it was just very easy on my part I wasn't stressed. You could tell she took pride in her work. When she was done I just couldn't believe it you know I always do clean but I never realized my house need a deep clean as badly as it did I will definitely be asking her to come back."

"Overall great job. Called to have the gutters cleaned.. they were covered with a fine mesh gutter guard. They removed the guards and saw (a) the screen mesh was clogged and (b) the gutters were clean. Had them replace the gutter guards. Did such a good honest job that I hired them to return and pressure wash the mildew and algae from the roofing. Came out looking very good and water is again flowing through the gutters. Highly recommend."
