"Mr. Ellis was hired to assemble sunroom which he only came out on a Saturday to work on. We thought he was doing ok until we found out he had cut and electric socket in half and never told us, and also left cement all over frame, windows & house from pulling up lenoleum rug he had terribly installed and we told him it was terrible. He agreed and said he would replace it. He went to a carpet store and purchased himself and never came back to install floor. He sent us a text on April 17th and said carpet came in and he would come Saturday morning @ 8am to install the carpet and never showed up or called. My husband called him twice before sending the text with no return call. We sent him a tex on April 26 with no response today. At this point, we do not care for him to return to do nothing else. He left with the carpet not finished, tools to anchor sunroom down, us having to replace socket and light on deck which was also destroyed. Also, one of roof panels he installed in wrong place. Also, the plywood he purchased and installed is already cracking up and needs replacing. Would like to get thhis finished ASAP."

Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat.
