They were able to work around my schedule and came out in the evening, was done in about an hour and carpets looked better than when I moved in. Because of their unique chemical process, floors were dry in a few hours.

The staff are very thorough and professional, I explained I had several stains from pets, they sent a member out to my house and completed the job. Very knowledgable and explained in detail the procedures utilized to take care of the problem.

They were very professional and responsive. I would recommend them other. Their was a little stained tile in the bathroom and I didn't mention it to the guy and he even cleaned it for me when he did the job at no additional cost.

Chem-Dry was wonderful. They moved the furniture, rolled up the rugs, and carried them out of the house. When they had to special treat a couple of the stains, they called us, explained the procedure, and told us that the rugs would not be dry until a few days later than expected. They returned the rugs on the date promised, unrolled them, and asked if we were satisfied with their work. The rugs were both beautifully cleaned. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite, and professional. We have used them twice and will contact them again.

Robert arrived about 10 minutes early, we talked about which package/service he would perform. He was very courteous and did not try to sell me any unnecessary service. Since the carpet is fairly new, I ordered the Basic Package. He thoroughly vacuumed the carpet, readied his equipment for cleaning, and proceeded to do a great job cleaning and then raking the carpet. He asked me to inspect his work, which I did. The carpet turned out great. I have used his service in the past and will absolutely call on his company again. Robert handed me a magnet with an attached recipe calendar. A few days ago I received a suprise in the mail, a Thank-you card! That was a first for me, and it was very much appreciated.
