They were kind of pricey. They were professional, but they weren’t very time efficient. They were here for about 4 hours and half of the time it was talking. Then they didn’t put their hose in the ditch like they were supposed to and they ended up staining our driveway.

Scheduling and quote was extremely easy and friendly. The customer services I received from Stanley Steemers clinched the deal for me. They go by the number of rooms, not sq feet. (easy!) Quoted a price over the phone and a description of the services......GOT EXACTLY what was discussed! The cleaning crew of 2 workers in a clearly marked Stanley Steemer vehicle called prior to arrival. They were on time, courteous and got straight to work. They provided some instructions for after care and gave me a receipt for services. Incredibly easy to schedule and accomplished the task at hand in less than 3 hours for a move out carpet cleaning with no furniture in the home. This business had their stuff together and I would highly recommend them to anyone one else that needed to get their carpets cleaned.

I recommend them all the time; they are excellent. They do tile floors, wood floors, carpet, and upholstery. They have same day service and Saturday service. They are professional and they bring two guys; they can get in and out and move furniture around to get to the carpet. They run specials from $99 up. My house is large so it costs me $200 when I get the Scotch guard.
