"Aaron was awesome. Great experience from the moment he reached out to my request. He was communicative, prompt, on time, and honored his original quoted price even though the scope changed a little bit while he was on site. As a service provider myself, Aaron was everything to us that we strive to give to our customers. I would certainly recommend them!"

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"We had an installer perform an install in Gastonia and the hardware did not arrive so we hired Scott to complete the project, he went above and beyond. He took the initiative to fix problems that the electrician and our previous installer had made. He went and searched for a mount himself around town that would fit the TV properly. He not only saved my business's reputation but he also made our client very happy. I will be using him again in the Charlotte/Winston - Salem Area."

"Aaron is a well-versed perfectionist. He's responsive, on time, prides himself on customer services, and his results speak for themselves. Thanks Aaron!"

"Mark is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He and his wife do a fantastic job"
