The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "Drew came out and looked over our unit, ducting, thermostat and checked for carbon monoxide. Our furnace was failing to come on and he was able to resolve the issue. Drew did a great job explaining everything and even came back out a second time to resolve a secondary issue (bad thermostat).
