Mitch and Kayla came out to do maintenance check. They found some ductwork that needed to be sealed and need for new smoke detectors. Gave me a quote and went right to work taking care of issues. Super nice, friendly, and courteous.

Fast response and the technician found the problem within 10 minutes. They also checked the unit for other possible problems and found everything was okay. They took photos of the problem and showed explained the situation and how they can prevent the problem in the future. Their office mad a follow up call the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I canâ t express with words how very!, very! pleased I was with this company, the service person knew what she was doing and was very proficient at her job, Though her schedule was full Aire Serv made sure I was on the schedule. when I thought she was not going to show, because it was getting late, Stephanie showed up with a smile in her eyes (she had on her mask due to Covid) , and apologized to ME, can you believe it? that's going beyond to me. She had to order the part, and was unable to do the job that night but made sure the job was completed the very next day. As for me" I WILL SING AIRE SERV PRAISES FOREVER".

Actually no work needed once he explained the situation. It turned out my friend and neighbor had corrected the situation with her interventions. But I did sign up for twice yearly maintenance visits for my heat pump.

No one wants to find out that the AC has quit at 6:00 pm on Friday night, but that is what happened. I was connected immediately to Aire Serv and they sent Edwin out right away. Great service. Very impressed with everything!

They were quick to respond to my request for service.

Arrived on time. Very professional. A part was needed, and it only took 20 minutes for someone to get the part. AC broke on Friday at 3:40, we called and they arrived by 6:30. Not sure how long it took overall it seemed fast and the AC was running again great!!!

We paid $40 for 4 minutes of service and all he wanted to do was replace because it was old but it was still working. We had just moved to the house and did not know how to work the programmable control and we he came out he did know know either.
