William is extremely thorough - he took the time to inspect my carpets with a black light and explained in detail the safety and effectiveness of his products and how they would work to remove pet stains and carpet grime cause by daily wear and tear. My carpets look absolutely amazing - as if they were brand new! I will definitely continue to use them for regular maintenance to ensure my carpets stay as fresh and clean as they are now.
