The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

"Mr. Hilbert and an employee came to my house on a Thursday and on time for the estimate.  He walked around the house and explained the repairs needed for each problem.  On Saturday he sent an email with the full estimate.  Mr. Hilbert did the roofing work on the first day.  I left a signed copy of the estimate by the door and no one was at home.  The next two days I was at home during the drywall work.  The second day was spent fixing the drywall and a coat of primer.  The final day was spent adding several coats of paint and additional primer.  Mr. Hilbert and an employee took the time to cover the floor and cabinets before painting.  They took time to cleanup each day.  He swept the floor in the living room too.  Mr. Hilbert charged the estimated price for the job and left the leftover paint."
