Riddle Roofing

They did a wonderful job! I can't say enough great things about him. He did more than he was supposed to, went beyond my expectations, but didn't charge me any extra for it. We received five quotes, and one quote was double the amount of his quote; he actually did more work, too! He showed up early every morning, stayed late, and cleaned up every day.

They came and left at about 3:00 which I did not like. Also, I had been in the hospital and they were very pressing in getting their payment at that time. We were waiting for the insurance company to come through so that we could pay them. Their estimate was below what we ended up actually paying.

Mr. Hilbert and an employee came to my house on a Thursday and on time for the estimate.  He walked around the house and explained the repairs needed for each problem.  On Saturday he sent an email with the full estimate.  Mr. Hilbert did the roofing work on the first day.  I left a signed copy of the estimate by the door and no one was at home.  The next two days I was at home during the drywall work.  The second day was spent fixing the drywall and a coat of primer.  The final day was spent adding several coats of paint and additional primer.  Mr. Hilbert and an employee took the time to cover the floor and cabinets before painting.  They took time to cleanup each day.  He swept the floor in the living room too.  Mr. Hilbert charged the estimated price for the job and left the leftover paint.

We were having a difficult time obtaining a firm date to work on our roof from the hurricane.  We went to Angie's List and picked Riddle Roofing because of the great reviews.  We were not disappointed.  It is refreshing to find people that want to exceed your expectations.

Overall, all was great.  After he did such a good job, we had him to do some other jobs.  I was so pleased that my  husband wrote on Angie's list, but I wanted to put some comments too.  Please feel free to come look at our roof.

We will definitely call on him again.

Riddle Roofing was easy to get in touch with.  They came out to give me an estimate within a few days.  The work was completed when they said it would be finished.  They were very reliable and did a great job.

Riddle Roofing hauled away the old shingles that had blown off my house and left the work area cleaned. They finished the work in the promised time. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed.
