"Sean at Rapt Homes came to my rescue after I purchased cabinets from Lowe’s and couldn’t find anyone that would set them to the floor and install them. Had I found him earlier I could have saved money by having him build my kitchen island. He did help me return some very expensive corbels to Lowe’s and even after paying them a restocking fee Sean saved me a lot of money by furnishing quality corbels at a much lower price and even found me a better price than Lowe’s on a granite countertop. Sean also re-designed the sloppy Lowe’s island layout to make my kitchen much more user friendly and efficient and dressed the island up with trim and a pullout trash and recycle bin not provided by Lowe’s and all at a better price. I also had him build cabinets for my laundry room and am very happy with the results, giving me much better storage options for laundry detergent and other laundry goods. Sean was professional, easy to work with and his cabinet skills are exceptional."

"I mainly worked with Oscar. He was wonderful. He always answered calls and emails quickly. They were able to do my first job quickly (countertops) but wern't able to do a second job in time. So I hired someone else for the backsplash. The countrrtops look great! I did have them come back because they left some ruff material on the stone and they came the next day to clean up. They are prompt and courteous and great workmanship .They did order the backsplash tile for me. But that was delayed(I ordered and paid on Thursday and the order wasn't placed until Tuesday.... it was supposed to be in in a week but the truck was delayed( not KJ's fault). I did have to pick up myself and when I got to the one tile store the bill hadn't been paid so I had to wait for that to be settled before I could leave. I also worked with Tingy on the backsplash. She was very helpful. It is a family company."

"This is a great contractor. I reached out to Alvin and the next day he was able to start. He brought me samples of tiles and grout and and explained the materials and the process to lay the tile so that I had the best finished product. I had a burst pipe on the outside of the home and flooded my basement. His pricing is very reasonable but very accommodating with my budget. I have already recommended Alvin to family and friends. They are very professional and personable. Alvin also has amazing follow up. I had a small issue behind my refrigerating which was done 6 months prior to me finding it. Alvin came right out and resolved it and no charge. He is priceless. He has done my back splash, floors, fireplace and I am getting him on the books to re-tile my bathroom. I will never use any other tile guy while Alvin is available."
