"I couldn't believe how clean the tile on the porch was after the cleaning. It has a porous surface that had never been sealed and over the years dirt had become ground into it. Pinnacle cleaned it bringing back the look it had when it was new 15 years ago. The marble floor is a harder surface that doesn't allow absorption of dirt into stone itself but the grout lines were discolored from years of use. Mike used a softer process on the marble which was appropriate. The grout lines are beautiful again just like they were years ago. I thought the price was very fair for the work done and found Mike to be a very knowledgeable professional in his field. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing hard surface cleaning. We set a time for the cleaning and he showed up exactly on time. He quoted the job by the square foot and stuck to it when the bill was presented. No add ons."
