"I believe Michelle typically does a great job and I acknowledge that everything is about perception and clean is relative. We scheduled a deep clean for a move-in and I expected based on our conversations the use of certain cleaning products but was a bit disappointed when I didn’t see or smell any of those products. I saw a bottle of vinegar and Michelle did say that she used that mixed with water on our hardwood floors. There were several areas that were missed and Michelle and Heather very politely came back and cleaned them. I really like Michelle and the fact that she is a family woman but if I’m honest I was disappointed in the work. I hired her because I thought she was the best value for what we needed but I think that some personal tragedy may have affected the quality of the work. I hate even writing this review."

She took the time to understand my needs, desires and tastes to turn a 1970s kitchen into an organized, beautiful, functional space. Having someone manage all the subcontractors and only having to interact with her was a blessing. I travel for work weekly, and having Antoinette as the designer and project manager, kept the kitchen work on task and within budget. We only went over budget when I upgraded my appliances, which was on me! She is calm, cool, collected, and very professional! When we opened up the space, there were some surprises from the previous owners that needed to be addressed. She handled each issue with poise and grace, and the project continued on successfully.
