"Benn is always prompt and thorough. We honestly never have experienced anyone better. A year ago, we moved to Michigan and needed a trustworthy caretaker for the house and exterior. He not only managed everything but sent photos as well, reassuring us when were are 650 miles away. He was eyes and ears for any issues and most he could manage himself.
