The job for us was to stop the flow of water from a ditch beside our house which was spilling water over into a swell each time it rained. Dani did a wonderful job of putting in drains, boxes, river rocks and grading our property. He kept us informed each step of the process and we knew what he would be able to do and what we should expect from his work. Since the completion of the job he has come back by just to check to see if we have any questions and that everything is going well. You will not find a better company that Sealtech Waterproofing for your drainage and landscaping needs!"

Eric and his crew kept everything peaceful and clean! We didn’t barely know they were here until the last day of work with some slight banging lol My floors are now beautifully leveled! The company was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had! Everyone who had their own parts in helping with our home were on time and very professional! From my understanding this is a family owned company and I’m glad we went with them! 10/10 would recommend! "

"A Dry Pro team came out today and installed a "crawlspace drainage system". Jonathan the team leader, came to me first thing this morning with full specifications and scaled drawings of the project. We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. I am very satisfied with the job and the hard work Taylor, Jonathan and Edwin did. If you have a moisture I highly recommend Dry Pro."

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

"In today’s world it is challenging to find a reliable contractor that does quality work. Mario exceed those expectations! He came to my home two days after I called him. I had him repair an area of my crawl space and in addition to doing the repair he did a complete inspections of the area. Additionally, Mario provided useful information on how to properly maintain an encapsulated crawl space. I was very pleased with Mario’s work and I have sent his information to our HOA board.
