They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I found David to be warm, friendly and professional.  We made an appointment for the quote and he was punctual.  I did explain that I was in the process of a home refinance, but was in no hurry for the actual work.  Fall is coming soon and it might be best to wait until next spring to replace the windows.  We were very happy with his professionalism and his ideas on the siding and decking.  However,  the appointment was on July 27 and I still don't have even a ball park number (today is Aug 26th).  I did receive an email on Aug 14th saying he has bee real busy and that he would be back with me soon.  Since, we haven't heard back, and have not received a quote we have contracted with another company.

Nick was super friendly and great with our dog--he even brought our dog a bag of treats when he did his initial roof inspection. Nick hired a crew of young local veterans to do the work on our roof. The crew was friendly, very efficient, and did the job well. They were professional and finished up our roof in just two days. Roofing can always be a bit messy with nails, shingles, and such, but the crew cleaned up well and Nick came back with a magnet after they were done to make sure that every nail was out of our yard.
