"Lloyd helped me solve a major problem with packrats in the attic. He came 80 miles, within a few days, and was right on time. He couldn't find the "animal" on that day, but inspected my home for entry points, fixed a vent, and found my inside attic entry which I didn't even know where it was. He got rid of the immediate problem, and when it reoccurred a couple months later, I had the access and knowledge to fix it myself (live trap -easy!). Thank you Lloyd for your great service that is not available in my area."

"Customer service is excellent. Came right out to evaluate my issue and scheduled to solve it immediately. Took time to explain what it would cover. Craig was excellent and extremely helpful. Listened to my concerns and got on it immediately. Work was done efficiently. I now hired them to do monthly maintenance. Well worth it."

Evidence suggests bats follow the airflow in your home, so they may try escaping from the attic to other parts of the house.

Pantry bugs are rarely able to get into sealed packages, but they may try. If you find pests on or around a sealed food item, check inside to make sure the food is still clean. Not sure whether a package is contaminated? Spread the contents onto a cookie sheet and use a flashlight to look for pests.

Yes, they can offer tips on sealing food sources and securing areas to prevent new infestations.

A strong honeybee colony can usually fight off the aggressive presence of yellow jackets. However, weaker honeybee colonies with fewer workers are especially vulnerable to yellow jackets. If yellow jackets gain entry into a weakened honeybee colony, they can easily kill the honeybees and empty the hive of all its contents.

Exterminators remove mice in walls by identifying entry points and sealing them to stop further access to these spaces. They may then open drywall to place food-scented traps inside for capture and then reseal to open and retrieve traps later. Next, they place traps along walls or baseboards inside, as mice tend to follow walls using their whiskers for guidance. Afterward, they may recommend repairs or modifications to prevent future infestations.
