Everything was meticulously reviewed, planned out, and executed with precision. Though there was some extra work above and beyond the initial estimate, the extra amount added was more than reasonable. No gotchas or surprises. They installed a new high-tech water softener/filtration/salt bin with a hub, as well as a new water heater and some other minor repairs. They also split our water system off so that lawn irrigation and outside spigots were on a separate line than the softened water, so more piping in the crawl space, but they took the time to make sure everything was the way it should have been when the house was built. Professional, personable, down-to-earth, no-nonsense, no hard-sell... just good, honest plumbers who know how to treat a project and a customer without overcharging. 5 stars."
