Outstanding customer service!! Five stars for responsiveness and going above and beyond to ensure we had hot water when our hot water heater kicked the bucket. I was blown away when another plumber in town could not get to us for 2 weeks and Charlie with In-Sink was at our house the day we called, despite a full schedule. Charlie's pricing is competitive and the quality is top notch. I would not even think twice about considering anyone else for any critical plumbing need! Charlie is honest, personable and knows how to put the customer 1st! Thank you for the outstanding service!!

I was completely satisfied with everything that they did.  They were really fast and on time.  They returned my calls very quickly.  They dealt with my problems really fast.  It is a rental house so it was important for me that they performed the work quickly.  I would use them again in the future.
