If I could give a 0 I would. The first time he came to my house things seemed ok. I had another plumbing issue so I called again. This was done but then he changed a showerhead after I had told him no! I had left the room and went back 10 minutes later and it was changed. The part he put on was used. The whole time him and his apprentice were here they were arguing back and forth with each other. I wanted the job done in order to get them out of my house. Very unprofessional to do that in a customer's home! And I had to clean up the messes they made. After a few days and being upset about all of it I called him and made him replace the showerhead again. I thought he would buy it but he said that's not fair to him to have to buy it. After charging me $1000 (and the hours weren't itemized) for the second visit I still had to buy the showerhead. His apprentice doesn't even know tools or parts and spent over an hour running outside for parts. He didn't know how to put a battery in an alarm for a tank but he's allowed to do the the work while the owner watches him. While on the phone I said the galvanized part he used was used. He said yes I didn't think I should run up to the store to get one that late. I called the plumbing inspector and the inspector called him and he told the inspector I agreed to everything and that the part that he told me was used was new. Wow! This guy cannot be trusted. I think he needed a certain amount of money for the day and that's what I was charged. I even wrote a letter asking for part of the money back but he didn't respond. I also had to replace my garage door. He asked on the first visit what it was going to cost while looking at my old door. With his total bill it was the same amount. Interesting. Don't waste your time on this company! I did and I regret it. There are plumbers and companies out there that do care and provide alot better customer service without the hassle of what I went through.

We are remodeling our kitchen, Greg has ran a gas line, for our new stove. He ran a new waterline for the refrigerator, and he has installed our dishwasher. Greg was prompt, courteous and performed all the work that we needed done right on schedule. we would recommend him to everyone we know!

Greg was very professional, neat and personable.  He was mindful of my property, and worked quickly.  He was later than expected, however, he called to indicate that the job prior to mine was taking longer than expected.  I would definitely use Greg again for a big or small job.  I appreciated that he was willing to come out for the "little things"

He was exceptional in every regard.  He is very neat and tidy.  I will definitely be calling him again for any further plumbing services.

Excellent....Greg always does fine work for us and has been our "go to"plumber for the past 12 years.

Greg arrived a bit late, but I don't worry because if he is late he had a bigger problem at other customer's home. He worked very efficiently and make sure all of the work he completed was done correctly. I feel the workmanship was excellent, and Greg is very honest in his estimates, and although he ran over his estimate by about $50, but the job entailed more work than he anticipated.
I also asked him to give me an estimate for fixing a drain problem in our bathtub, and once he looked it over, he told me the last repair done by a different plumber was done incorrectly and incompletely.
Overall, I am very pleased with the job, and definately will call him again!

We have been Greg's customers for over 7 - 8 years and as usual, he did an excellent repair job. He has also repaired many numerous plumbing problems with our 64 year old home. He is prompt, efficient and neat. We are very pleased that he keeps returning to our old plumbing and us.

I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
