"Ryan is a contractor with many talents! I have used him for 2 separate, large projects. He completed a remodel job on an 1800 SF house which included painting, installation of LVP floors, new front door, tiled shower, trim work, lots of drywall workâ ¦ all was completed in a timely manner and to the highest of quality. The 2nd project was drywall, carpeting, tile flooring cabinetry, paintingâ ¦ and again amazing work!!! I will absolutely use him on all my future projects!. Iâ m picky too and know what quality is!"

"Carlos was extremely prompt, careful in his craft, and such a delight to work with! He assessed the project and gave us a quote we were comfortable with the day I submitted for the job. We will 100% use Carlos again for any future jobs within his expertise! He also referred us to someone for our counters, all in all a great experience working with this team!"

"They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Derion was so helpful in suggesting a best countertops for my needs. The install with Kyle and Max was a breeze. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything when they finished. Everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions, and I asked plenty! Lol"

Backsplash Installation questions, answered by experts

Per the International Code Council, walk-in shower floors should have a minimum slope of 1/4-inch per foot (or a 2% slope) towards the drain. The slope should be no steeper than 1/2-inch per foot (or a 4% slope). This helps safely direct water into the drain rather than all over your bathroom.

Using caulk is one of the simplest and most recommended methods to finish glass tile edges. It creates an elegant seam between the glass tile and the adjacent area, along with a waterproof seal. With this method, you want to use a caulk color that matches the grout and, along with the grout, compliments the tile. Make sure the caulk line is smooth and even. Alternatively, you can use a bullnose or tile trimming to edge, however, that will also require caulk to seal.

Natural stone floors, especially pebble-style tiling, are one of the least slippery options for a shower floor. Natural stone has a texture to reduce slickness, and pebble-shaped tiles add more visual and textural contrast while reducing slippage. Vinyl tiles are also designed with anti-slip texture for added safety. If you have a slippery tile, be sure to add a grippy shower mat to reduce the risk of falls.

Yes, you can tile over existing shower tiles, but it's better to remove the old tiles first for the best results. Tiling over existing tiles requires a clean, level surface and proper adhesion. If the old tiles are in good condition, you can roughen the surface to improve adhesion. However, removing the old tiles ensures a smoother, longer-lasting finish and prevents potential issues down the line.

Yes. You can tile over tile if the old tile is in good shape, but this will also create a thicker floor. As a result, you may have to remove and readjust baseboards and other room trimmings and potentially even raise door heights to work with the higher floors. In most projects, it’s best to remove the old tile before installing a new tile floor.
