Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. "Mike provided me with a free quote on staining 2 sides of an acre of cedar privacy fence. The quote was very fair and his crew started the work within 2 days. A couple little things were missed and Mike sent his crew back out immediately to correct the situation. Outstanding customer service and communication. That is hard to find in these days. ALSO Mike emailed me and indicated that the crew finished the project in less time than he estimated and he adjusted the invoice accordingly. WHO DOES THAT? Mike at paragon runs his business with honesty and integrity, that is what it boils down to. He even added an extra discount because he had to send the crew back out for some minor touch up.
