Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. A couple little things were missed and Mike sent his crew back out immediately to correct the situation. Outstanding customer service and communication. That is hard to find in these days. ALSO Mike emailed me and indicated that the crew finished the project in less time than he estimated and he adjusted the invoice accordingly. WHO DOES THAT?
