When we went to replace windows, we did the research and settled on Renewal by Andersen of Montana. We have not one bad thing to say about the company. From the in home sales straight to install...wonderful job. Not our first rodeo with major renovations, either. Contact was great, crew was great, customer service amazing...would totally recommend them! Expensive? Yes. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"They should get their contractors to answer the phone and return phone calls. After the third phone call, I wasn't able to get an answer back. I said enough of that noise. I never did call American Home Shield back, I probably should have. They did what they were supposed to do. They called one of their people out and they never called me back. So they did their job. They did it the same day. They sent me an email saying that they contacted the service provider who was supposed to do the work."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
