"I am a local Realtor in town and share Jim’s number with anyone and everyone I can. On this particular job I called Jim to repair some drywall for a client after we had some plumbing work done. I gave him the date that aligned with the plumber and Jim was on it without any issues. I didn’t have to babysit the job, I knew he would be there as punctuality, honesty, and reliability are his top priorities and it shows in his communication, work ethic, and final product. I am so appreciative of Jim and trust him so much that I am on his schedule for him to start a mud room in our personal home next month!"

"Recent heavy snow caused havoc, with car stuck in driveway, the driveway itself impassable, way beyond the capability of my little snow thrower. Called BLK; they were nearby and arrived quickly. Plowed a beautiful wide path from the street (first removed the huge snow/ice berm left by the city plow) to the garage, shoveled a path from the garage to the house, unstuck the car, and plowed a path along the whole front property line for foot traffic to use. More than I had expected! Great value. This company is a great resource."

FAQs for sandblasting service projects in Simms, MT

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.

Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.

The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.

The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.

The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
