Was very pleased with the job.

Arrived on time. Plumber maintained a steady pace systematically working through the list of accumulated plumbing projects and kept a positive attitude when he encountered difficulties inherit with decades old plumbing.

Our boiler quit working in the morning so we called Falls Plumbing. Within a couple of hours he was at the house troubleshooting the problem. He installed an upgraded controller and we were up and running again in no time. From the time we realized the boiler wasn't working to the time it was working great again was less than three hours. We have always had good luck with Falls Plumbing whenever we have had boiler issues.

The contractor had good ideas to help me accomplish my project. His plumbers showed up on time and completed the installation with two visits allowing for tile work to be completed in between.

They were great at initial visit, very courteous and friendly. Clean and professional. Then after all work was complete, took almost a year to get the boiler to perform correctly due to the install of the wrong fitting for propane vs natural gas. Installed incorrectly by falls plumbing. The system was not bleed of all air, which caused no heat for upper floor of the house. After discussing it with owner he became rude and unresponsive. Wouldn't return phone calls. Once he did finally come out to repair problem would not listen to customers wishes. Disregarded them completely. Falls plumbing seems to be more concerned with new construction than customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Falls Plumbing lost there A+ rating. I would not recommend them to anyone and also would forwarn any builder to concider a differant Sub-contracter.

They are the best plumbers in Great Falls. So far the work they have done seems good. They have only installed the pipes in the house but will be finishing the projects soon.

Falls Plumbing was on time. He was very professional. His price was fair. His work was great. He knew what he was doing. He completed the work in a timely manner.

I called the office, and the plumber was able to come out the following morning. The plumber arrived, took a quick inventory of materials needed, and returned promptly. He was professional, friendly and quick. I was impressed by the care that he took to make sure the new gas line looked tidy after installation - that's something that other tradesmen sometimes don't bother with. When I received the invoice, it was itemized so I could see a complete breakdown of the charges. I'll be certain to call Falls Plumbing in the future if I need a plumber :)

I first called Mike because I wanted to scrap the whole solar system and put in something simple and as fuel-efficient as possible. He came out to my house promptly, even though it is located an hour's drive away from his shop, and looked over the whole system. He outlined for me the pros and cons of replacing the system, and brought up some interesting, cheap, effective and innovative ideas which would NOT bring him a lot of money. He said he thought he could repair the panels, so I did some research, and downloaded the schematics for them, and emailed them to him. Within a couple of days he emailed me back three different options, including estimates and explanations of how each option would work, with its risks and rewards. I imagine he spent at least three hours on those estimates, for which he did not charge any money. I had him repair the panel, and it could be some time to see if the repair will last. He used his expertise to give me the information I would need to make an informed decision, and then performed the work I asked him to promptly despite his busy schedule, with a level of expertise and professionalism that was sorely, sorely lacking in the people who originally installed the system. Would that I had chosen Mike to begin with. Oh - well, caveat emptor - I did call Mike to get an estimate on installing the system in the first place and he never called me back, or he did, and we kept playing telephone tag, and he just wasn't too hungry for the job then. The other guy WAS hungry for the job, and now I see why.
