I've used this service before and knew what to expect. What I like about ChemDry is the carpet is fairly dry after being cleaned - no waiting for a day or so before you can walk on it and/or put furniture back in place. And the carpet always comes out much cleaner than I anticipate.

They came out less than a week. Had to order the part and came back and installed it. Aaron did an awesome job. It was thorough. He explained things to me and I was very happy with the service that I got. I will be using them if I need service again. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable."
