Matt arrived two minutes early - looked things over and got to work. Did a GREAT job - very conscientious - it's now a week later and the carpets look and feel great. Our carpet is 21 years old and has had a lot of use. We've had it cleaned off and on over the years but this is the best it has ever looked after getting cleaned. Totally using him again - in about 5 years............ haha :D

It was perfect. He pretreated stains, treated for odor removal, was friendly, professional and a hard worker. A perfect 10. Will have them back to do the rest of the house .

Matt is very professional and know his business. He gave me a quote over the a phone which was very close to the actual final cost. He made an old dirty carpet look new. He arrived on time, and completed the job in the time he had estimated. Have already recommended him to a couple of friends.

Matthew, the owner of AAAA Carpet Cleaning of Missoula, arrived December 27th in response to my daughter's distress call. She has two cats that slip into the master bedroom and sleep under their bed all day. She and her husband thought they had figured out a system of keeping the door locked. But somehow the cats slipped into the bedroom and were locked in all Christmas Day. Maybe three small children helped. The two cats had already ruined her old king mattress, and now they had defecated and peed on the new $700.00 mattress. I searched Angie's List for an upholstery cleaner and found AAAA Upholstery Cleaning Service. The smell pervaded the whole bedroom.
But Matthew said he had a few tricks up his sleeve. He had a deep cleaning machine and something else called a water claw that sucked up the water and cleaner he had injected into the mattress. As soon as he left, she entered the room and smelled only a trace of the cleaner which disappeared in a day. No more offensive smells and no more investment into another new mattress.
Do you know this provider is not even in our phone book? If it hadn't have been for Angie's List we would have never found him. Many thanks, Angie. You saved the lives of two cats, and maybe a marriage.

"First off... I am not 100% sure this review was meant for my company. I did clean carpets for this person, but it was on 8/7/2014 for a total of $135. Here is what I found when I arrived... Upon arrival I did an inspection with the customer and found that the carpet was in very good shape. No visible soil other than in 1 room. I did find a urine spot and stopped to explain that it has caused a permanent discoloration on the carpet. I wrote that note down on the receipt and had the customer sign it. I said that I would treat it with Urine Stain Remover to be certain that every effort has been made. The customer seemed to understand that I can't do the impossible. I did remove the visible soil that I mentioned earlier and upon completion of the job I let the customer know that if she had any problems to call me and I would come back for free and do anything I could to keep her happy.This is my standard practice. I did not know that there was any problem until I found this review. It really hurts me to know that anyone could possibly be that unhappy with my work. I have tried calling and leaving messages to see if there is anything I can do to resolve the issue but my messages have gone unanswered. I couldn't make a carpet that already looked new, look better than new... but I have lost a lot of sleep over this. My business is my life and I care about what I do."

Matthew arrived promptly and set up his equipment quickly. We were very happy with his work. The carpet (good quality, but has been in the house for 28 years) looks great. We had considered replacing the carpet in a room that is heavily used, but it looks so good after cleaning that there is no reason to replace it. Matthew works from truck mounted equipment, so there is minimal equipment brought into the house. I highly recommend Matthew and will use his services again myself.

I found Matt with AAAA Carpet Cleaning of Missoula through Angie's List. We spoke over the phone and he was very friendly and seemed more than willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. I then asked him to give me an estimate. After talking to my husband, I called Matt back and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Matt came to our home and was faced with the task of cleaning 3 rooms of carpet, large area rug and living room furniture which is all approximately 12 years old. Needless to say, he had his work cut out for him. I had cleaned the carpets periodically over the years with my own carpet shampooer but it was never professionally done. My micro-fiber couch and love seat looked horrible. I wasn't sure if there was any hope for them. Matt was awesome and amazing!!! He was prompt, professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. He assessed the task at hand and explained to us what he was going to do. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. The results were absolutely amazing and so much better than I ever thought possible. Matt is a man of his word and the estimate given to us up front was what we paid - there were no extra costs or hidden fees. I will recommend him highly to any and all of my friends, co-workers or anyone else in need of his services.
