"I recently had 5 windows replaced. I believe it was almost 4 months from measurement, build and install. A crew of 3 guys checked out their work areas, then started laying out flooring protection and got to work. the 5 windows took roughly 7 hrs from showing up to leaving. They vacuumed the rooms they worked in and cleaned up thoroughly The windows are beautiful. The screens are barely visible. I only replaced my worst windows. You could barely see thru them. I'm very happy with the product and the installers."

"We have a split level house and needed the upstairs windows and sliding glass door replaced. Marcus was very professional when he visited and gave us a quote. A short time later Casey measured the door and windows. It took a few months for everything to be made which was fine. Our installer Brett did an awesome job considering what he had to work with. 1. The company sent no one to help him. 2. All of the windows were about 2 inches shorter than they should have been and the sliding glass door was at least 4 1/2 inches shorter. My husband has to finish putting drywall and the molding around the door because â they donâ t do thatâ even though it was their fault. When my husband talked to Casey about the problem he said that if they had to reorder the windows and door it would have cost us more money. He did not even apologize for their mistakes and offered no compensation. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
