We asked them to suck up the little water we had due to heavy constant rains. The tech found a little water under our basement carpet. He removed the extracted the water then set up some dryers. Later he came back and pulled back most of the carpet, ripped the baseboards off the wall. He now said that he found water damage running up the wall. My wife explained that we had a major flood five years ago and that the damage had happened then. It didn't matter. This should have been water extraction job. No baseboard destruction and replacement. These guys saw that we had a nice home and figured we could be ripped off. They did an okay job. But my suggestion is to tell them what you want and not let them do more than you think is necessary.. This was a $400 job that cost us $2K Do not use these guys!

We asked repeatedly for a writen estimate and were promised time and again that one was forthcoming. The last time I asked for it, the propriater said he'd get it for us if I wanted to pay for it, otherwise wait til he had time. I never called him again after that and still don't have any estimate in writing. The company provided no service other than to come out and give us a verbal rough estimate, which is of no use when filing a claim to an insurer or the city. This company was not the only one of it's type to let us down on the estimate though. One company refused to come out and 2 others did not send an estimate as promised even though asked repeatedly. We only contacted 4 companies before we had to remove everything instead and get remodel estimates from other contractors.

The crew arrived in a timely manner and setup fans and dehumidifiers. I understand they were busy with other jobs as well, but they failed to keep me informed as too their coming and going. It looks like they double charged for water removal and they did charge twice for the hot water heater and softner, and they failed to reinstall them as billed. They left their trailer loaded with debris in my driveway for days, and 2 months later they still haven't finished cleaning up.

It didn't go well. I called them, and they did not answer. He then called me an hour after the appointment, saying he lost my number. He said he would be there in about 15 minutes, and showed up almost an hour later. He was only here for about 5 to 7 minutes. He would have left sooner, if I had not asked him to check the crawl space. I still had to pay for his service as well. He was not professional. I will not be using him again.

The guy is a con-artist. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General regarding the issue. He charged me about $1500 for two dehumidifiers and there was only one in use. He shouldn't have even used a dehumidifier when there was so much water still in the basement because it didn't do any good. He told me he put four fans in and then charged me for six fans. When I told him to get his equipment out, he said he didn't have a truck to remove it and continued to charge me for the use of the equipment. I would tell other people to never use him.
