Connor Building and Design is a family owned business. (Father/Son) Kevin has been in the construction business for over 35 years and Jake joined him 15 years ago. Some of their Certifications include - Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Green Professional, Certfied in Radon Mitigation, Certified in Roofing. They build custom homes from First Time Homeowner budgets to homes that were showcased in the Parade of Homes. Jake also draws plans which he also offers in full 3D so you can actually walk through your home or remodel project before they even break ground. Connor Building also uses only they best subcontractors with years of experience working together making projects go smoothly, on time and on budget.
