"My certified inspector MatthewCote out of the Belgrade, MT office found i have a natural spring comming up in my crawlspace. I knew I had water streaming all over crawlspace and my husband believed it was due to watering lawn of the hill our house sits on. Matt was great to work with, he was totally professional. "It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
