"My certified inspector MatthewCote out of the Belgrade, MT office found i have a natural spring comming up in my crawlspace. I knew I had water streaming all over crawlspace and my husband believed it was due to watering lawn of the hill our house sits on. Matt was great to work with, he was totally professional. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home.
