We tried calling a bunch of Locksmiths and none of them could get to us sooner than 1 hour or they simply didn't answer the phone. We got ahold of Alladin Lock & Security and he told us he would be there within 15 minutes. He showed up within 15 minutes just like he said. He was Friendly and Professional, and had us back into the car within about 2 minutes flat. I would recommend this company to other people."

Art and Ray's Lock and Safe began the day Pearl Harbor was bombed - Dec. 7, 1941. We are conveniently located on Main Street downtown, a block south of the Courthouse, and a block and a half west of North Higgins Avenue on the north Side of Main Street, right next to the SHACK Restaurant. For your parking convenience, there is a 20 minute loading zone in front of our garage door to the west of the store.

"I needed my car rekeyed after I had my keys stolen. They made the process seem effortless. And it was affordable! Hard to find an honest company these days but 10/10 recommend after dealing with them."

"Ordered out to load a 5000 pound machine onto a flatbed trailer. 10 minutes worth of work on the outside. They charge 3.5 hours for this work. They are 22 miles away and they said it took an hour to get there. I hope they enjoy the one payment they ever get from me. I wouldn’t recommend them. Too dishonest."

It could be difficult to get in and out of a lock for several reasons, such as the keyhole needing additional lubrication. Particles, debris, and dirt can also get into a lock, making a key stuck (the lubrication can help with the removal). 

One of the best tools for removing a stripped bolt is a handy pair of locking pliers. Locking pliers can usually grip onto screws with a broken, rounded, or stripped head and lock in place so that you can loosen even the most stubborn bolt that would otherwise remain hopelessly jammed.

There are many types of deadbolts, but these tips work on most. First, address any grime buildup. A bit of WD-40 will loose up rust and dirt so the deadbolt can turn. Inspect the door and frame alignment if this doesn't resolve the issue. Adjust the strike plate or the deadbolt's position to improve alignment. If the problem persists, disassemble the lock to inspect for damaged or worn parts. If you are unsure how to do it, hire a local locksmith.

The easiest way to pick a lock is by using a titanium rake pick. This type of lock pick comes in a variety of shapes used to simulate different key configurations but generally has a tip with a bent design. Rake picks are the most beginner-friendly lockpicks and the simplest to learn how to use.
