Took around six weeks between deposit and start of work. The fence is fine but considering they are supposedly the best in the valley and the expense, i am disappointed. We choose steel posts for main structure, which requires wood posts for the gates. Of three gates they messed up two of them so that the gates are not flush. They only used two horizontal supporters and explained that this is the industry standard when questioned on it. Not sure what industry they mean as everywhere I can find uses three. The gate hardware is also cheap and i will be replacing with upgraded ones that can be locked. The bottom gaps are hugely variable from about 2-5" which is fine just looks bad and unprofessional. Needless, I am disappointed and would not recommend.

Positive -punctual & friendly workers
Negative - first off I have never written a review, let alone haven't thought of writing a negative review until now on my husbands account. That's how upset I am. If you want to spend a lot of money & get poor quality hire them. The cedar fence looks good but if there is even a slight breeze the two swing gates open. Letting our dogs out. They tried to cut cost by using less then adequate drop rods that go in ground to keep gates closed. Not to mention the boards were nailed in with too long of nails(not screwed in.) So if you place your hand or run it along fence your skin will get torn up easily. The first week we noticed loose boards. We called & nice worker came out told us to get cement cinderblocks to keep gates shut & they would fix the problems in spring after ground unthaws. After 10 cinder blocks later the gates stayed shut, BUT looks horrible. The First worker to come back didn't now why they used shoddy material on gates, and admittedly said that they should of used stronger better steel drop rods for our gates. So it is spring now after quite a few unanswered calls by husband and now numerous(over ten) loose boards a different nice worker came & agreed that it was poor craftsmanship. They proceeded to screw in each board and they had to redig holes for stronger better drop rods to be placed to keep gate closed. I just checked, the day after they left and I am disgusted with their poor work. Let me try to clearly explain. The two big gates have two doors to swing open (so that a car can enter)To keep them closed they have a rod on each door were the doors come together. The two rods sink into the ground. The 4 old small ALUMINUM rods were bent because they weren't strong enough for the weight of the doors on the gate. So NOW each gate they beefed up to one STEEL black rod on one door & left old silver ALUMINUM bent wimpy rod on the other door. so there is a black steel rod next to a silver aluminum rod. LOOKS HORRIBLE & NOT FUNCTIONAL. Husband will be calling first thing on Monday. We absolutely will not use them to build our deck. It's unfortunate because we prefer to support older local businesses. Their web page says that they have been around the area for over 50yrs.
