Sean's free estimate cost me $200. After the first day, without finishing the work, he wanted payed. I wrote him a check for the entire project without seeing an invoice (my fault). He said he would email the invoice, which he did. I asked him not to come back and to refund the amount he did not do. He agreed, but six weeks later he has still not refunded me any of the $3400 that he charged me for 5 hours of work. I would not recommend him and legal action is pending.
