"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Immediately we struggled to work with the insurance company and find a contractor. Sourcing a reliable craftsman in Bozeman’s market seemed nearly impossible, and if we didn’t get the damage fixed quickly and competently, the water was likely to cause even more damage and we may have lost our buyer. With high praise, our realtor referred us to Peter. We were thrilled when he agreed to take on our job and ecstatic when we saw his work product was above reproach. Working with Peter was a joy, as well. He started the project almost immediately, gathering information for the insurance claim and ordering supplies. "Not impressed. The saleman was great, didn't get to deal with him again. They called to schedule the install they said between 8-10AM, the workers showed up around 3PM, which was difficult since they didn't speak any english. The contractor showed up about a half hour later with no explanation or call for the delay. I cancelled a meeting to be there. They said they would be on site the whole time and have a QA after, once the balance was paid they disappeared. I just happened to see the work truck leave, without any notice. Went outside, had to move everything back in place that they said they would do. Picked up a pieces of metal and nails all around the house, still have several on top of the clear roof of pergola. Just disapointed with the amount Debella charges, you should get more for you $. Could have gone cheaper or done it myself, but the salesman was good. DeBella says customer service is #1...not so much."
