ARIZONA RESTORATION PROS

Buyer Beware: We recently had a very unpleasant and costly experience with Arizona Restoration Pros, LLC. Paul Redman, Owner, holds himself out to be a restoration specialist but our experience is that they are a demolition and haul away outfit at best. We've spent many hours and over $6,000 with our attorneys trying to get satisfaction from the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) from the state of Arizona. This avenue turned out to be a dead end since the ROC organization apparently only polices whether work is done or not regardless of quality or ethics. The ROC didn't get involved with the quality of workmanship nor in the misrepresentations that were involved in our complaint. AZ Restoration Pros destroyed our kitchen with exceedingly sub-par craftsmanship due to the lack of craftsmen for each trade involved. We have had to pay thousands of dollars to another company to put our kitchen back as it was before Mr. Redman arrived on the scene. We have now filed a 150+ page complaint with the consumer fraud department of the Attorney General's office for the State of Arizona. I encourage you to investigate this company thoroughly before using them for anything other than demolition and haul away services. My advice: DO NOT advance them money

The owner Paul stayed and worked with the whole crew into the night. These guys did an excellent job. I feel that they went above and beyond the scope of what any other company would do.
