 + -1 moreAlexa encounter a "bubbleing" problem with the application of the chinking material. She had several excuses for it but no solution. The problem was less severe in cooler weather so she delayed any further work until fall or spring. She reguested the rest of her bid $ and when approximately 25% was withhold she promised to return in spring and repair any more bubbles. Like a fool I caved and she has not returned to repaired the mess she left. This saga has been going for almost 2 years.
