"Katie has been cleaning our rain gutters once a year now for several years. This is a house with a high steep pitched roof so it's not an easy task. She always gives me a call in advance and she's very dependable. She helps my old man brain out by giving me a reminder each fall. Katie is hard working young entrepreneur who is forging her way! Give her a call you can't go wrong."

Customers say: Terrific value

"Greg worked diligently and did a very good job of trimming our large hedge. He also removed several aspen saplings and one fairly large aspen tree that had been left to grow by the previous contractor during the last several trimmings. Cleanup was excellent, and his price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others."

"One of the best companies I have ever had work for me. They aren't the fastest, being shorthanded and all but who in the valley isn't! The attention to detail is what sets them apart. Also, the ability to have one company do it all, from design to installation to maintenance is a huge benefit Before and after pictures, and GPS tags for proof the services were performed. And I really love the electronic estimates and invoices including the auto-billing feature. They even gave me a quote for a full-service year-long maintenance program snow removal and all. They line itemized everything and then broke it down into 12 payments for me! Thank You, Daniel!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

Lead toxicity comes from inhaling lead or consuming it. Before the 1980s, when the government banned lead from consumer use, it could be found in paint, plumbing, pipes, ceramics, and even gasoline. Lead paint is toxic for the same reason lead itself is toxic, which is why lead poisoning from paint presents the same as lead poisoning from water or food sources, with a slight increase in respiratory symptoms vs. digestive symptoms. Lead paint is most dangerous when it’s old and peeling, cracking, or otherwise disturbed. This increases the concentration in the air and, therefore, in breathable air.

Some companies offer hazardous waste removal, but additional fees and special handling procedures may be required.
