It was very obvious at that time that I was dealing with a experienced and knowledgeable representative from a reliable company with a long history of satisfied customers. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I received several locations of roofing jobs that were done in the recent past for our review which was the only time this was offered to me during my search for roof installers. Strong Roofing is and was Amazing from initial contact to job completion. Mr. Burt, the owner, showed up at my home the morning the job started and introduced himself at which time he thanked me for selecting Strong Roofing and assured me that it will be done correctly the first time. This personal interest and dialogue “DOES NOT” happen very often in today’s business world. His visit ended with a firm handshake and his personal commitment to validate the companies workmanship and quality of Owens Corning products with a future written Guarantee/Warranty upon job completion. - A site Supervisor was on station the entire time the old roof was being removed until the new roof install was complete to include the verification of cleanup. - All employees were professional and displayed a “Can-do” attitude. - During the job, photos were taken each step of the process to validate contract compliance and quality of work. Overhead photos were provided to me at job completion which verified to me the quality and neatness of the job. - Our yard was cleaner when the job was finished than it was before the job actually was started. I was offered another magnetic sweep of our yard for possible nails at anytime, just need to call and they will arrive. - I was totally shocked when Jose offered a Follow-up site visit within a week or so or anytime in the future to do a physical overview and ensure that we are still 100% satisfied with the overall quality and workmanship of the new roof installation. This type of Quality Assurance is rare and certainly speaks highly of Strongs continued commitment to customer satisfaction and relationships with their valued customers in our region. - I didn’t have to up front funds in advance and there was no rush for final payment upon completion, this speaks highly of a solvent company that puts the customers needs and desires first, not the dollar. - I was surprised when I was told that courtesy site visits will occur after major storms and hurricanes pass to assist families in anyway to reduce further possible damages to property. I was told to contact the company at anytime in the future should something occur or we have any type of issue or questions at all. - Upon job completion I was personally provided copies of all related documents to include business cards, my contract, and in a packet the Owens Corning System Warranty including the Warranty Registration number. A overview of what is included and expected should the Warranted needs to be addressed in the future. - I can not say enough positive things about Strong Roofing. As a former Military Aviation Quality Inspector and Aviator, I know what Quality and workmanship entails to include the necessary attention to detail involvement that is necessary and is expected. Strong Roofing meets and exceeds expectations across the board. - The aforementioned statements I offered during my review were given to provide a “Holistic” overview from initial dialogue to job completion which I felt compelled to share. After all, a Quality Roof installation and proven products protects our investment and families. "From the estimate to job completion everything was professional and on time. LHS left my house as clean as they found it. I’ve already noticed a drop in humidity and my Air conditioners are cycling off more often. I placed a thermometer in my attic and there’s close to a 40 degree difference between before and after the spray foam insulation. Job well done."

"I've been with Posigen for about 7 years now and have always paid my bills on time!!!! As of Feb. 2022, I haven't been able to monitor my Solar Production because Posigen haven't updated their system to 5g Capability!!! I told them my payments are to be deferred until they update the system on their end!!! I spoke with a couple Reps that said your panels are producing what they should based on your production on your Electric Bill!!! I asked how can I know if I cant see the daily production to ensure the panels are producing what they should!!! They said take my word for it!!! I'm like that's very bogus to tell a faithful customer to take your word!!! Especially when the issue is not on their end!!! Now because of Non-Payments for 2 months of me not knowing what I'm producing since Feb, they're now threatening to shut my system off!!! Who treats a customer like this when the issue is on their end!!! Especially when that customer has been making faithful payments up into them not upgrading the system on their end!!! Can someone please recommend A good lawyer to stop them from interfering with system!!! Again, the issue is not on my end!!! I need help!!!!"

"If the rotten *** fascia you have would have been in the forest shape. Maybe it would seal the correct way The 1st time!! (This was the response I received from Dewin Daniels when I told him my new patio covering was leaking.) So they don't tell you you have a problem that may cause problems later they just put the cover up and take the payment and run! They are also under the name AAA Aluminum!"
