"Where to start? First, I would rate him zero out of 5 if I could. This problem I?ve had since February and he refuses to contact me or get back in touch with me for a problem he created. I will never hire this person again because he is so unprofessional. My tankless water heater has been malfunctioning?. The hot water turns cold after a few minutes?. Both in the shower and when washing dishes. I don?t like taking a cold shower, and I bet Cody wouldn?t be happy about taking a cold shower every day. This happens EVERY TIME I get in the shower. Cody has been contacted several times. When he did respond, he said he would try to contact the store where he purchased it. I received no update. Another time when he responded, he said he would try to contact the manufacturer. Still no update. Now he won?t respond at all!
