"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! "Bryan Sparks and Jeremy did the work well that Bryan quoted the price on. They also sealed around the base of the chimney and patched some holes in the stucco of the chimney and sealed around the top of the chimney where the nails had backed out. It has rained several times since the repairs on February 7, 2023 and I have checked for leaks in the attic and there are none. I have viewed the top of the gutter where the guards were installed (no ladder) and I can not see any build up of leaves or pine needles!!!! This peace of mind upgrade was well worth the cost of having him do the work. I do not have to concern myself about cleaning out the gutters ever so often. Anyone who has gutters should consider the kind of stainless steel gutter guards he put on mine. Yes, they were a bit more expensive but in the long run; it was well worth the extra money!!!
