They stayed in contact with us throughout the immediate aftermath of the storm to make sure we were okay. Just as soon as Ida passed they were here installing our beautiful gutters! The installers were so professional and humble as they worked. They answered all my questions satisfactory. They were finished within 24 hours and my house is 2 story 4000 sq ft. They never asked for money up front and made sure we were completely satisfied with all the installation before they left. They accepted my check, but, have other means to process payment. We were told that if we became concerned about the gutters or felt like we may need to add another run to feel free to call them back. They were extremely polite and I felt very comfortable in their presence. Theyâ  re work was premium and they made sure we were satisfied with everything they installed. They ensured us that if we had any issues after the installation, just call them and they would address them. They were honest and did not try and take advantage of us. We had two other vendors provide us bids for the job but when James came out, I was pretty sure their company would be awarded the job. This project was not a small project and they completed it fairly quickly for the amount of work that was required. "I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
