"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. They also sealed around the base of the chimney and patched some holes in the stucco of the chimney and sealed around the top of the chimney where the nails had backed out. It has rained several times since the repairs on February 7, 2023 and I have checked for leaks in the attic and there are none. I have viewed the top of the gutter where the guards were installed (no ladder) and I can not see any build up of leaves or pine needles!!!! This peace of mind upgrade was well worth the cost of having him do the work. I do not have to concern myself about cleaning out the gutters ever so often. Anyone who has gutters should consider the kind of stainless steel gutter guards he put on mine. Yes, they were a bit more expensive but in the long run; it was well worth the extra money!!!
