"Where to start? First, I would rate him zero out of 5 if I could. This problem I?ve had since February and he refuses to contact me or get back in touch with me for a problem he created. I will never hire this person again because he is so unprofessional. My tankless water heater has been malfunctioning?. The hot water turns cold after a few minutes?. Both in the shower and when washing dishes. I don?t like taking a cold shower, and I bet Cody wouldn?t be happy about taking a cold shower every day. This happens EVERY TIME I get in the shower. Cody has been contacted several times. When he did respond, he said he would try to contact the store where he purchased it. I received no update. Another time when he responded, he said he would try to contact the manufacturer. Still no update. Now he won?t respond at all! I?ve gotten several people to contact him as well and he will respond once or twice then nothing after that. This is so unprofessional and should be rectified asap!"

My partner and I are the only two people that you will see working on your gutters unless we need help hanging a longer than normal gutter. We fill that we as the owners will do a better job than anybody we could hire because we own the company. I'm sorry but we only accept cash or check. We can meet with insurance adjusters if needed.
