CNS Construction offers free estimates even if you are not planning to do the work soon. Our goal is to give you the information you need to plan your project properly so that it can be successful. You will receive competitive pricing for high quality service. Whatever the price is in the original estimate is what you will be charged at the end of the project. Changes in price will only occur when there is a change in the scope of work and those prices will be negotiated at the time of the change. Also, if there will be multiple draws on the project, you will only be charged for work performed and completed at the time of the draw.
